Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared and packed from our galerie in Tokyo to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within Japan are shipped via Kuroneko Yamato.

​

Shipping fees:

​

  • Lightweight items: ¥400

  • Heavyweight items: ¥900


International Shipping

​

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, with full tracking.

 

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order:

​

  • 0 to 1 kg: ¥6,500

  • 1 to 2 kg: ¥10,000

  • 2 to 3 kg: ¥18,000

  • 3 to 4 kg: ¥25,000

  • 4 to 5 kg: ¥30,000

  • Over 5 kg: from ¥40,000


Customs & Import Duties
 

For orders shipped outside Japan, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees may be charged by the destination country upon arrival.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities assess these fees according to local regulations, based on the declared value of the goods and shipping costs shown on the commercial invoice.

As import policies vary by country, we encourage customers to contact their local customs office before placing an order if further information is required.

Returns

Each piece presented by Galerie 21 has been individually selected for its historical, artisanal, or collectible value. Many objects are unique or produced in extremely limited quantities.

For this reason, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Should your order arrive damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you accordingly.
