Somekawa Soshin Ittobori Daruma

A hand-carved standing Daruma by Nara doll craftsman Somekawa Soshin, made using the traditional ittobori carving technique. The angular cuts are left clearly visible across the robes and body, giving the figure a strong sculptural presence. Presented with its original wooden box.
